This weekend 3 young Angelfish, Pterophyllum scalare moved into the fish room, initially landing in a 20 gallon tank, while a larger new started 35 gallon is going through the upstart circling. The fish are about two inches in body size, and far from full grown.
Looking forward to see these beautiful fish mature and hopefully breed sometime in the future. Might have to bring in a few more, to ensure getting a pair, though. Anyway, right now they are settling in and eating live and frozen daphnia and mosquito larvae – and some flake food as well.
